Junior Project Scheduler – Power Team

About the role

Tetra Tech is seeking a Junior Project Scheduler to join its Power team in Mississauga. You will support the creation and maintenance of detailed schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction activities, helping ensure projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and integrate project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track activity logic, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Gather schedule updates from project managers, engineering leads, procurement, and construction teams.
• Prepare schedule analyses, progress tracking, variance reporting, and basic look‑ahead plans.
• Update schedule status, identify delays, and support recovery planning.
• Produce regular scheduling reports for internal review and client reporting.
• Assist with resource tracking, identify scheduling conflicts, constraints, or upcoming risks.
• Maintain baseline versions, schedule version control, and data integrity per PMO requirements.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related support roles.
• Familiarity with engineering, construction, or EPC environments preferred.
• Exposure to transmission & distribution, renewables, HVDC, or power generation sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 – schedule updates, activity maintenance, basic reporting.
