Junior Project Manager

About the role

Green Tank Technologies Corp. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support product development and commercialization projects within its cannabis portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across product management, engineering, regulatory, quality, operations and commercial teams.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or risks and communicate them proactively.
• Escalate issues appropriately and support timely resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables meet stage‑gate requirements.
• Support post‑launch activities and continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse functional teams.
• Proactive attitude toward risk identification and issue escalation.
