Junior Mechanic Technician

About the role

Canadian Helicopters is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanic Technician to join its head office in Les Cèdres. Reporting to the Engine and Components Overhaul Shop Manager, you will support the inspection, disassembly and cleaning of aeronautical components, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and Canadian Aviation Regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform arrival inspections, disassembly and cleaning of aircraft components.
• Maintain up‑to‑date personal qualifications and certifications.
• Follow company standards, procedures and safety policies.
• Utilize relevant software and documentation to record work performed.

Required profile

• Professional diploma in mechanics (completed or in progress).
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
