Junior Learning & Development Specialist – Trainer

About the role

MEDFAR Clinical Solutions is seeking a Junior Learning & Development Specialist to join its L&D team. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will help build a learning community and deliver the Academy training program for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Update technical training content and practical activities related to MEDFAR products for onboarding sessions.
• Deliver a two‑week training program for new employees, adapting the curriculum as it evolves.
• Assess knowledge retention through exercises, exams, and a performance checklist, and report results to managers.
• Provide constructive feedback to set new hires up for success.
• Promote continuous learning, human development, and operational excellence.
• Implement updates from the L&D Manager to keep learning materials current.

Required profile

• Experience in a learning & development, training, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use it to enhance learning experiences.
• Adaptability, good tolerance for change, and strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
