Janitorial Services Manager

About the role

The Janitorial Services Manager will lead the cleaning operations for Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction across all client sites. This full‑time, onsite position requires strong leadership and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement policies and procedures for janitorial staff.
• Hire, train, and supervise cleaning personnel.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily cleaning operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in janitorial or facilities management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment with strong attention to detail.
• Own transportation (public transportation also available).
