Home Child Care Provider – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide full‑time in‑home child care for a family in Toronto. The role involves supervising infants and children, ensuring their safety, and supporting their daily routines while parents are away. You will also travel with the family on trips and help maintain a nurturing household environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents’ absence, including housekeeping duties.
• Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision.
• Bathe, dress, feed, and prepare nutritious meals for infants and children.
• Discipline children according to parents’ requested methods and promote personal hygiene and social development.
• Organize games, outings, and other activities to support children’s emotional well‑being.
• Prepare infants and children for rest periods and supervise nap times.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and health records, and ensure a safe, healthy environment.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant child‑care experience.
• Willingness to travel with the family as needed.
