IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure our technology environment runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure Microsoft Office 365, including management and administration.
• Administer and design SharePoint sites.
• Maintain servers, backup solutions and storage systems.
• Configure and manage firewalls, network switches, wireless routers and other networking equipment.
• Support Windows client operating systems on PCs and laptops.
• Configure and manage IP PABX systems.
• Manage video‑conferencing devices and related infrastructure.
• Provide user support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Perform server administration and backup management tasks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering technical support to end‑users.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware and software.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
