IT Support Specialist (Full‑Time)

About the role

Voyago is seeking a full‑time IT Support Specialist to join its London, Ontario office. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing timely assistance through the help‑desk and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the help‑desk queue, prioritize tickets and resolve issues on a first‑in‑first‑out basis.
• Provide phone and email support, performing remote diagnostics and guiding users through solutions.
• Escalate unresolved problems to senior support staff while maintaining detailed logs of incidents.
• Record all events, resolutions and follow‑up actions in the ticketing system.
• Collect user feedback and suggest improvements to IT processes.
• Perform miscellaneous IT tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent in an IT‑related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar help‑desk role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Valid G‑class driver’s licence, clean driving record and ability to work onsite.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with ticket‑management platforms.
• Working knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
