Information Technology Specialist – Infrastructure & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist focused on infrastructure, systems reliability, and operational support to ensure the technology behind our flight operations is secure, stable, and scalable. The role emphasizes ownership of core systems rather than routine help‑desk tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the core IT infrastructure across the organization.
• Ensure reliability of systems supporting flight operations and internal applications.
• Manage networks, devices, and system access for operational teams.
• Administer identity and access systems such as Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Support and maintain environments used by internal ERP and related systems.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security.
• Improve reliability, monitoring, and backup strategies.
• Develop automation and internal tooling improvements.
• Integrate new systems and technologies into the environment.
• Contribute to security and access‑control best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Proficiency with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 identity management.
• Ability to troubleshoot across network, system, and device layers.
• Strong documentation and organizational practices.
• Interest or experience in scripting, automation, and monitoring.
• Awareness of security best practices.
