IT Supervisor – Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our infrastructure and support team across three manufacturing sites. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with people management, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performing IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the IT team, coordinating tasks, priorities, and daily operations.
• Maintain stability, availability, and performance of IT systems across all sites.
• Oversee servers, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, storage, backups, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, preventive maintenance, system updates, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, security standards, technical procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects with the IT Director, business analysts, and programmers.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions, including AI initiatives, to optimise processes.
• Participate in IT budget planning and operational follow‑up.
• Collaborate with plant and office users to align IT services with operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with proven team supervision or coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skills.
