Investment Associate – Ecosystem Scout

About the role

We are looking for an Ecosystem Scout to join our core team and source early‑stage Web3 opportunities. This remote, high‑availability position is designed for an emerging investment professional who treats the digital economy as a 24/7 landscape and wants to master capital deployment at the frontier of the Web3 space.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively scout digital communities, developer ecosystems, and on‑chain metrics to discover high‑velocity early‑stage ventures.
• Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end due‑diligence, stress‑testing technology, market fit, tokenomics, and team capabilities.
• Run rigorous financial analysis of market sizes, revenue models, and economic incentive structures.
• Author data‑backed investment memos that translate complex technical data into actionable decisions.
• Lead discovery calls and deep‑dive meetings with founders, assessing grit, product judgment, and technical execution.
• Provide operational support to portfolio companies, track dashboards, and connect them with internal resources.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ability to spot structural market shifts before they become obvious.
• Analytical rigor with comfort breaking down complex business models and protocol transaction flows.
• Hyper‑availability to operate 7 days a week and respond to real‑time market shifts.
• Native understanding of the Web3 landscape, including decentralized infrastructure and smart‑contract risks.
