Inventory Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Associate to join our Toronto Eaton Centre store. In this role you will manage the flow of merchandise, support back‑room organization and help deliver a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately, including transfers from distribution centres, other stores and direct client orders.
• Strategically place and balance product in the back room to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain visual standards by ensuring the right product is displayed in the right location.
• Support omni‑channel initiatives such as buy‑online‑pick‑up‑in‑store and returns processing.
• Assist with retail‑space operations including window installations, fitting‑room setup, supplies management and basic technology support.
