Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

BeMo is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join its remote team. You will engage warm‑lead prospective students, guide them through our educational offerings, and convert them into paying customers while also supporting existing students as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Educate prospective students about BeMo’s products and services via email, phone, and live chat, converting warm leads into paying students.
• Provide exceptional customer support to current students through the same channels.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and acquisition metrics.
• Develop and test new strategies to improve customer support and student acquisition.
• Assist consultants with troubleshooting online systems and perform basic data analysis using Excel.
• Handle highly confidential documents with utmost care.

Required profile

• Zero to minimal experience required; 3‑5 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Self‑directed learner who enjoys experimenting with processes.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly adopt new software tools.
