Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Klaviyo & Shopify)

About the role

The client seeks a highly organized Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support affiliate marketing, sales, customer retention, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. You will manage affiliate activities, order processing, sample shipments, and trade‑show logistics while maintaining accurate tracking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate affiliate onboarding, communications, tracking links, commission reconciliation and prepare brand kits and sample shipments.
• Support the VP of Sales by distributing pricing sheets, product updates and maintaining customer and prospect databases.
• Enter sales orders accurately, verify details, coordinate with order teams and maintain order trackers.
• Clean, validate and upload customer data into Klaviyo, manage consent records and support promotional campaigns.
• Arrange sample shipments, prepare shipping documentation, track costs and resolve delays.
• Assist trade‑show planning, track registrations, inventory, leads and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain shared trackers, calendars and task lists, proactively follow up on outstanding items.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination or marketing operations for a consumer product brand sold D2C and wholesale.
• Hands‑on experience with affiliate marketing program administration and commission tracking.
• Strong written and spoken English with ability to produce clear customer communications.

Required skills

• Klaviyo – data cleaning, import, segmentation.
• Shopify or comparable e‑commerce/order management platform.
• Excel or Google Sheets – advanced tracking, data validation.
• Affiliate marketing tools and commission reconciliation.
