Income Verifier

About the role

The Income Verifier joins Eden Park’s financial services team to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of applicant income and employment information. Reporting to Diane El‑Sanioura, you will support dealerships and internal stakeholders by reviewing documentation and maintaining high‑quality records.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify applicant income and employment details.
• Process income and trailing documents received from applicants.
• Maintain a busy workflow while meeting defined service standards and turnaround times.
• Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve missing or pending items via phone, fax, and email.
• Update records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately.
• Contact employers by phone to corroborate information professionally.
• Provide prompt, detailed, customer‑oriented service to all stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in lending, automotive‑related business, or financial services.
• Post‑secondary education.
• Flexible availability to work 11:00 AM‑7:00 PM PST, Monday‑Friday.
