Implementation Consultant – Bilingual FR/EN (Remote)

About the role

Arc Health, a division of Harris, is looking for a bilingual French‑English Implementation Consultant to join its remote team. You will work directly with healthcare organizations across Canada and the US to configure, implement, and optimize next‑generation EHR solutions that improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document client workflow and business requirements.
• Configure and implement EHR/EMR solutions tailored to each customer.
• Analyze client processes and recommend workflow improvements and system optimizations.
• Deliver end‑user training and create supporting documentation and guides.
• Manage project issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Support change requests, including impact analysis and effort estimation.
• Track implementation activities using CRM and project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English (required for Quebec and international clients).
• Experience implementing or supporting EHR/EMR or healthcare IT systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% during key project phases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven problem‑solver able to manage multiple priorities.
