Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring that policies, recruitment processes and employee services run smoothly. This position works closely with staff and management to implement HR initiatives that promote an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs.
• Train staff on HR procedures and best practices.
• Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Provide customer service to employees and external partners.
• Support government or community programs for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous peoples.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both English and French.
