Human Resources Business Partner – 12‑Month Maternity Leave Contract

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders and department managers to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives. This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development within a leading digital automotive solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company strategy and workforce needs.
• Identify talent gaps, develop succession plans, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
• Support performance review processes, coaching managers, and implementing recognition programs.
• Lead change‑management projects, organizational restructuring, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to inform turnover, engagement, and workforce performance insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in HR Business Partner or Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and manage organizational change.
