Housekeeping Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Moncton. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish operational procedures and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
• Supervise staff, schedule duties, and manage in‑house laundry services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, departmental policies, and local health and sanitation regulations.
• Respond to guest complaints and conduct inspections of assigned areas.
• Hire and dismiss housekeeping staff as needed and monitor the housekeeping budget.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping management.
• Ability to meet language requirements (English, and French if required).
