About the role

Marriott International is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join its Montreal team. This part‑time position involves maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the brand’s high standards, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Prepare and transport supply carts to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures, verify vacancy, and replace amenities.
• Change dirty linens and towels with clean items, make beds, and fold towels.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and clear room‑service items.
• Inspect room appliances for presence and proper operation.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Capability to push a loaded cart over uneven surfaces.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
