Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at the Best Western Mountainview Inn, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a rural setting. This role combines strategic planning, staff leadership, and hands‑on management of front‑desk and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement marketing activities.
• Oversee front‑desk duties, maintenance, and event management.
• Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
• Develop business plans, establish work schedules, and enforce policies.

Required profile
