Hotel Front Office Clerk

About the role

The Front Office Clerk is the first point of contact for guests at Refresh Inn and Suites. You will manage check‑ins and check‑outs, handle reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Take, cancel and modify room reservations.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services and local points of interest.
• Calculate charges, process payments and handle guest departures.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
• Answer telephone calls, relay messages and deliver customer service.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospitality or front‑office roles is an asset.
• Availability for shift work and on‑call duties.
• Ability to start on the date specified in the posting.
