Hotel Ambassador – Guest Experience

About the role

The Ambassador is the welcoming face of the Loden and Arden Hotels, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival through departure. Reporting to the Director of Guest Operations, this role blends hospitality excellence with proactive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting all guests with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, offering exceptional service and local knowledge.
• Coordinate timely delivery and storage of guests’ luggage and personal items.
• Arrange and manage guest experiences such as bike rentals, servicing, and dry‑cleaning.
• Support the Front Office team during peak periods and assist with various operational needs.
• Communicate professionally with guests and employees, ensuring safety and adherence to hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; post‑secondary education in business, hospitality or a related field is an asset.
• 1–2 years experience in a guest‑facing role, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract and ability to lift items up to 23 kg.
