About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities for elderly clients in their homes in Coquitlam. The role involves supporting clients with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and light household tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Support water activities such as pool use.
- Help clients with regular exercise, including walking.
- Feed or assist in feeding and prepare nutritious meals.
- Launder clothing and household linens and mend them as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Provide companionship and personal care.
Required profile
- Flexibility and good judgement.
- Organized, reliable, and patient.
- Experience in home support is an asset.
