About the role
We are seeking a Home Support Worker to provide bedside and personal care to clients in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and offering companionship.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care.
- Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and feeding.
- Support clients in water activities such as pool use.
- Encourage and assist with regular exercise, e.g., walking.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform repetitive tasks as needed in the client’s home.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
