About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes. The role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting wellbeing in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including medication administration.
- Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Support regular exercise such as walking and help with feeding.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Mend clothing and linens as needed.
Required profile
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Organized and able to follow schedules.
- Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
