About the role
Raelene Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their own homes. You will help maintain clients' independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
- Assist with medication administration as directed.
- Support clients with mobility, regular exercise, and walking.
- Prepare, serve, and monitor nutritious meals.
- Provide feeding assistance when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) or equivalent.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Ability to work in clients' homes in North Vancouver.
- Experience in home support or personal care is an asset but not mandatory.
