About the role
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide full‑time child care in a private household located in Cote‑Saint‑Luc, Quebec. The provider will be responsible for the well‑being, safety and development of infants and children while parents are away.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and preparing them for rest periods.
- Plan and organize age‑appropriate activities, games and outings to support social and emotional development.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment, performing light housekeeping and preparing nutritious meals.
- Keep accurate daily records of activities, health information and any incidents.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in home child care or similar role.
- Excellent communication, patience, reliability and ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and days.
- Commitment to creating a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for children.
