Home Child Care Provider – Full‑time Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable Home Child Care Provider to join the Marla Prager Family on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is based in the family’s home in East York and involves creating a safe, nurturing environment for infants and children while supporting parents' routines and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, sterilize bottles, prepare formula, and feed infants and children.
• Assist with toilet training, personal hygiene, and social development as directed by parents.
• Plan and supervise games, outings, and educational activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and manage rest periods.
• Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain daily activity and health records, and ensure a clean, safe home environment.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1‑6 months of relevant child‑care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Reference and vulnerable sector check required.
• Ability to handle loads up to 23 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
