About the role

This full‑time position provides in‑home child care for a family in Calgary. You will be responsible for the children’s daily routine, safety, and overall well‑being while supporting household tasks.

Key responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for the household when parents are away, including light housekeeping and cleaning.
Travel with the family on trips, supervising children and assisting with housekeeping duties.
Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, following parents’ discipline methods.
Teach personal hygiene, social development, and organize games and outings.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and handle school pick‑up, appointments, and homework assistance.
Maintain a safe and healthy home environment at all times.

Required profile

Client‑focused with excellent oral communication.
Flexible, organized, and reliable with strong time‑management skills.
Patient, honest, and capable of sound judgement.
Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
