Head of Growth

About the role

The Head of Growth will lead the growth strategy for a mature fintech market in Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive predictable revenue and improve pipeline quality across a global sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the growth strategy for a mature market, delivering against revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and scale a high‑performing team of Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Drive accountability, performance culture, and urgency across the sales organization.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution.
• Lead complex negotiations and support closing of high‑value enterprise agreements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years leading Account Executive teams.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in fast‑moving, competitive environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution orientation.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Deep experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or similarly complex B2B environments.
