Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a strategic leader to own and evolve its digital marketing ecosystem. You will shape how homeowners, contractors, dealers, designers and sales‑supported audiences discover, evaluate and choose our products through smarter digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business priorities and product launches.
• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives to boost search visibility, AI‑generated answers and high‑intent discovery moments.
• Design and manage lead magnets such as guides, quizzes, estimators, planning tools and gated content.
• Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and launch new digital services, visualization tools and AI‑enabled experiences that improve customer guidance and conversion.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, creative, product marketing, communications, sales, CRM, IT and external partners to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Report on performance metrics including traffic quality, lead quality, conversion rates, ROI and funnel insights.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading digital marketing functions in B2C or B2B environments.
• Ability to think beyond traditional advertising and translate customer insights into actionable digital experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimization.
