Head of Design

About the role

Fullscript is seeking a Head of Design to shape a unified, category‑defining experience across its health‑technology platform. You will define the design operating system, set standards, and own the end‑to‑end practitioner and patient journey while building a scalable design organization for the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for scaling the Design function, including systems, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Build a design operating system that establishes processes, standards, rituals and AI‑enabled workflows to raise quality and velocity.
• Set the quality bar for design, provide sharp critiques, and intervene directly on complex design problems when needed.
• Partner strategically with product leadership, sitting at the table with the CPO and CEO to influence product direction.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary design team to deliver a cohesive platform experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience scaling design organizations in a fast‑growing technology environment.
• Hands‑on design expertise with the ability to dive into detailed work and solve cross‑project challenges.
• Strategic thinker comfortable influencing senior executives and shaping product vision.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills to champion design across the company.
