Handyman / Handywoman – General Maintenance & Workplace Improvement

About the role

Techo-Bloc is looking for a versatile Handyman/Handywoman to keep its manufacturing facilities clean, safe and visually appealing. You will work autonomously across multiple sites, handling routine maintenance, minor repairs and housekeeping tasks to support a high‑quality production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs such as plumbing, simple electrical work, painting, carpentry and light‑fixture replacement.
• Respond to building maintenance requests, prioritize based on urgency and operational impact.
• Clean and maintain cafeterias, offices, common areas, restrooms and other spaces to established standards.
• Move between buildings on foot, by cart or service vehicle as needed.
• Carry out manual improvements like reinstalling shelves, adjusting furniture and minor upkeep.
• Operate mobile equipment including aerial lifts and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing and urgent requests.
• Ability to manage own schedule and prioritize tasks.
