Guest Services Associate

About the role

As a Guest Services Associate you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Canada’s Wonderland, delivering exceptional service in person, by phone, or via email. You will help guests plan memorable experiences, resolve inquiries quickly, and ensure every visitor enjoys the "Best Day of the Year."

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to guests through phone, in‑person, and email channels.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle conflict with professionalism.
• Assist guests in planning their visit, including ride accommodations and RAP program details.
• Process sales transactions, upgrades, redemptions, and group sales using computerized systems.
• Collaborate with all park departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support the Admissions supervisory team with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required to maintain park operations.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous retail sales, customer‑service, and POS experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
