About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Pantages Hotel Downtown, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering a polished and memorable experience in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant downtown. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, stylish environment, supporting both leisure and business travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and guide them through check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately using the hotel’s booking system.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, ensuring prompt service.
• Maintain front‑desk telephone equipment and stay familiar with daily selling rates.
• Review daily logbooks and emails, completing all required checklist tasks.
• Balance and prepare shift‑closing paperwork in accordance with hotel standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and uphold brand standards.
