Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Strategyzer is seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Lead to build the next growth engine for its digital Playbooks. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and use data‑driven evidence to drive measurable growth across self‑serve, team, and enterprise audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy across multiple audiences and work with Product and Sales to improve the journey from first interaction to purchase.
• Define priorities, set growth strategy, and focus on audiences, products, and channels.
• Drive demand generation through campaigns, landing pages, HubSpot workflows, lifecycle programs, and growth experiments.
• Improve conversion by using evidence to optimise the website and key customer journeys.
• Review content strategy, identify effective topics and channels, and collaborate with thought leaders to boost traffic and conversions.
• Measure commercial results by linking marketing activity to qualified demand, activation, conversion, pipeline, and revenue.
• Build AI‑powered automation workflows to enhance research, creation, analysis, experimentation, and execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and improving measurable growth systems.
• Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, digital products, or comparable growth environments.
• Hands‑on experience with self‑serve and sales‑assisted growth models.
• Strong communication and editorial judgment to translate complex ideas into clear content.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute, test hypotheses, and decide when to scale or stop.
