Group Sales Event Coordinator – Sports & Entertainment

About the role

The Group Sales Activation Coordinator (Event Coordinator) will support the Ticket Sales team by administering and executing group‑sales events and activations at Rogers Place for the Edmonton Oilers and Oil Kings. This role ensures smooth logistics, accurate inventory management, and excellent client experiences during game nights and live events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics for all major group‑sales programs for the Oilers and Oil Kings.
• Maintain schedules, sales‑asset inventory, and premium gifting for each game.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external communication with group leaders and internal departments.
• Provide on‑site support during events, from setup through post‑event reporting and financial settlement.
• Assist in generating lead lists, executing group‑sales experiences, and preparing weekly reports.
• Represent the Ticket Sales Department at Oil Kings weekly meetings.
