About the role
Join Food Basics as a part‑time Grocery Clerk in Midland. You will help keep the store stocked and organized for customers each day.
Key responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and organize products in the backroom or cooler.
- Stock shelves, face and level products, and rotate stock using FIFO.
- Set up promotional displays, ensure accurate pricing and signage.
- Maintain clean, safe aisles and work areas, sweep, mop and address spills.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Required profile
- Customer‑service oriented and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.
- Retail experience is an asset; ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and good product knowledge.
