Greenhouse Consultant – Canada

About the role

Ludvig Svensson, a world leader in climate‑controlled textile solutions for horticulture, is looking for an enthusiastic Greenhouse Consultant to expand its Canadian business. Based remotely in the Leamington/Kingsville area, you will work closely with the Canadian Sales Manager to support growers, builders, and installers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers through key‑account plans.
• Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities, focusing on the Leamington/Kingsville region.
• Provide climate advice, technical support, and after‑sales care to growers and greenhouse builders.
• Record all customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on annual business and marketing plans.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Contribute ideas to business‑growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry.
• Strong understanding of greenhouse climate, technology, and crop production.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on attitude with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
