Graphic Designer

About the role

Bell’s Brand Management team is looking for a Graphic Designer to translate brand‑centric advertising concepts into a variety of digital and print formats. You will work closely with the Marketing Communications partners and senior brand managers to ensure every customer‑facing asset reflects Bell’s brand standards while meeting tight production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt advertisements created by external agencies into multiple formats such as digital banners, outdoor billboards, newspaper ads, social media graphics, YouTube videos and animations.
• Reformat assets using the Celtra creative production tool (training provided if needed).
• Maintain brand compliance across all adaptations and ensure final deliverables meet supplier technical specifications.
• Create original digital or print advertising concepts when required.
• Manage tight deadlines to deliver campaigns on time and provide solutions to design challenges while respecting industry norms.
• Stay current with design trends and continuously learn new production tools selected by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in graphic design, digital multimedia creation or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to meet fast‑paced production schedules and adapt designs for various media.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with the Celtra creative production platform.
