Graphic Designer – Fixed‑Term (1‑Year) – Toronto

About the role

Indspire is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a one‑year fixed‑term contract based in Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement. The designer will support daily design needs across campaigns, events and communications, ensuring all visual output aligns with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital and print assets such as social media graphics, email visuals, presentations, reports and marketing collateral.
• Adapt creative content for multi‑channel campaign rollouts, following established templates and brand guidelines.
• Design event‑related materials, including signage, programs and promotional items.
• Maintain consistency of Indspire’s visual identity across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design requests in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design or production experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms such as social media, email and web design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience working with templates and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Ability to produce accessible design assets.
