Graphic Designer – Brand Marketing

About the role

RCL is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Reitmans Brand Marketing team. You will create and execute visual assets that bring campaigns, product stories, and seasonal initiatives to life across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital, social media, email, retail, print, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce, Content, and external partners to develop compelling visual solutions.
• Lead projects from concept development through final production and execution.
• Create original visual concepts, layouts, typography treatments, and storytelling approaches.
• Support photo‑shoot planning, brief photographers and stylists, and provide on‑set assistance as needed.
• Stay current on design trends, fashion, social media, and AI‑powered creative tools to enhance workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer‑focused brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using AI‑powered creative tools to enhance design and content creation.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, photography, and brand identity.
