Product Design Lead (UX UI)

About the role

dcbel is hiring a Product Design Lead (UX UI) to join its Product Team in Montréal. The role is responsible for defining end‑to‑end user experiences, combining hands‑on design work with system‑level ownership. You will shape how a new category of residential energy products is experienced in everyday and critical moments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and shape the overall design system, ensuring consistency, clarity and scalability across multiple product surfaces.
• Design high‑impact user experiences for customers, partners and internal operations while maintaining a cohesive system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operational teams to deliver coherent, development‑ready assets in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, dependable experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering and operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
