About the role
The Grader will support the teaching team for the ORGB 423 course by marking exams and assignments. This temporary role provides an opportunity to apply subject‑matter knowledge in an academic environment while contributing to student learning.
Key responsibilities
- Mark exams, quizzes, and written assignments according to established rubrics.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student records.
- Collaborate with course instructors to ensure consistent grading standards.
Required profile
- Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Background knowledge of the ORGB 423 subject area is an asset.

What we offer
- Hourly compensation of $16.60 CAD.
- Fixed‑term contract from 30 August 2026 to 15 January 2027.
- Experience in a university setting and exposure to academic assessment processes.
