Gluing Operator – Production & Materials Handling

About the role

Join Soucy Techno’s manufacturing team as a Gluing Operator, where you will contribute to the production of high‑quality off‑road rubber products. You will work in a collaborative environment that values every voice and offers opportunities for growth within a flexible structure.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare raw materials for rubber production.
• Operate rubber production equipment, including mixers and mills.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Perform equipment cleaning and routine maintenance as needed.
• Potentially operate a forklift for material handling in receiving, shipping, or production zones.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous factory or production experience is an asset.
• Good physical condition to handle manual tasks and stand for long periods.
• Availability to work day, evening, night, and rotating shifts (FDS).

Required skills

• Rubber production machine operation.
• Mixer and mill operation.
• Forklift operation.
• Material weighing and preparation.
• Quality inspection of manufactured parts.
