Glazing Estimator

About the role

The Glazing Estimator will join Bothwell-Accurate’s Mississauga team to support high‑impact glazing projects for commercial, industrial and institutional properties. You will work closely with project managers, designers and site supervisors to deliver accurate cost proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications and tender documents for curtain wall, window wall, storefront and other glazing systems.
• Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs and pricing estimates, and develop bid proposals within tight timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and material availability.
• Maintain historical pricing records and contribute to improvements in estimating accuracy.

Required profile

• Confident, extroverted approach to client interactions with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Preferably 5 + years of experience in glazing estimating and strong understanding of construction documents and glazing systems.
• Proven experience with stick and unitized curtain wall systems, interior glazing, doors & hardware, glazed balustrades and canopies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
