General Labourer – Landscaping

About the role

Paysagiste Roche is looking for a reliable General Labourer to support its landscaping projects across Montreal. You will work outdoors in various settings, from private residences to urban landscape contracts, performing hands‑on tasks that keep sites clean, green, and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Remove litter and garbage from work sites.
• Cart, spread, and level topsoil and other materials.
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Repair, maintain, and operate landscape maintenance equipment.
• Operate machinery such as backhoes, chainsaws, front‑end loaders, dump trucks, pickup trucks, small‑engine tools, and tractors.

Required profile

• Physically demanding work with ability to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in noisy, dusty, wet, hot, or elevated conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand‑eye coordination.
• Client‑focused attitude, reliable, organized, and a team player.

Required skills

• Operation of backhoe, chainsaw, front‑end loader, dump truck, pickup truck, small‑engine equipment and tractor.
• Valid driver’s licence with ability to drive manual‑transmission vehicles.
