General Labourer

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a motivated General Labourer to join its award‑winning production team. This role supports the manufacturing of high‑quality paving stones and retaining walls, ensuring products meet strict standards while contributing to a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for correct height, shape, colour and consistency.
• Conduct quality control checks, removing defective pieces and replacing them with acceptable ones.
• Sort, pack, crate and package materials and finished products accurately.
• Lift, move and handle heavy items up to 75 lb as required by the production line.
• Perform a variety of general labour tasks to support production and operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas to ensure safety and organization.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality to keep production flow steady.
• Physical fitness to perform frequent lifting, standing, walking and other demanding tasks.
