Fund Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Fund Analyst to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. In this remote contractor position you will apply your finance expertise to improve the reasoning, accuracy and usefulness of AI‑driven chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital‑markets topics.
• Validate the logic and accuracy of model outputs using your financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Challenge the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version toward higher reliability.
• Generate diverse, challenging problems for the chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be located in Canada and able to work independently as a contractor.
